What are the local laws regarding wearing helmets?
              -- on street?

SAFETY

Get enough sleep before you head out on a road trip or coming home after exams. Falling asleep at the wheel on the way home is not a safe option.

Virginia Tech Highway Transportation Study released in Spring 2006, driver drowsiness factors into 20% of all accidents. Driver distraction factors into 80% of all accidents. The highest risk years are drivers 18-20 years old.

And always, NEVER drink and drive.
